CB2400 Medium Charcoal BBQ – Standard – 2400 cm2 cooking area

This Royal Food charcoal BBQ features among its great advantages two stainless steel grids (indeed, the both the upper and the lower grid are made of stainless steel). It represents a turning point among most of the items on the market, which are provided with enamelled cast iron grids. The ventilation system consists of two side fans that may be adjusted manually by the Operator. This ensures perfect air flow inside the cooking area, without producing unwanted air displacement. The equipment is also equipped with comfortable tool tray on the lower side.

What is highly recommended is the “closed lid” cooking system. This system along with the stainless steel grids allows getting perfect and uniform cooking results. This is also due to the possibility to take advantage from the combustion chamber that generates a temperature inside the grill which is just right. Thus, the BBQ won’t dry your food up and it will leave it moist and soft.

Among the main features related to the equipment, the user-friendly lever, which allows adjusting the charcoal tray height in three different positions depending on the cooking requirements in order to also make the best use of your charcoal.
